Performance Improvement Specialist
Steve Monroe Ph.D.
Steve Monroe believes a successful business model is one in which a leader's healthy relationship with their people leads to a healthy bottom line. When those business affiliations are ailing, and in need of a minor or more significant diagnosis, Steve relies on a myriad of performance improvement tools that are both comprehensive and results-oriented.
Steve holds a Ph.D. with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement. He is a skilled and published research practitioner, corporate trainer, facilitator, speaker, and university adjunct professor.
